App support
For the Sahita Android app, the feedback option inside the app is the fastest route, because it attaches your app version and device details automatically. You can also reach the app on Google Play.
Reporting a calculation error
This is the message we most want to receive. If a result looks wrong, please include:
- The exact birth details you entered — date, time and place, for both people if it was a match.
- Which tool you used and what result it gave.
- What you expected instead, and the source that says so (an astrologer, a panchang, another site).
That is usually enough for us to reproduce it the same day. We publish our ayanamsa and house system openly on the about page, so many apparent errors turn out to be a difference of convention — but not all of them, and we would rather check.
Privacy requests
The website calculators run entirely in your browser and we never receive your birth details, so there is normally nothing for us to hold or delete. For anything concerning data in the app, see the app privacy policy, or write to the email above.

What we cannot help with
We do not offer personal astrological consultations, predictions, remedies or matchmaking services, and we cannot advise on whether a particular marriage should go ahead. We build calculation tools; for a personal reading, please consult a qualified astrologer. See our disclaimer.
