Marriages succeed or fail on consent, communication, temperament, finances, family circumstance and countless things no chart models. Never refuse, force or pressure a marriage on the basis of a score from this website. If a result worries you, consult a qualified astrologer you trust, and talk to the people actually involved.
Not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice
Nothing here is a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or mental-health professional. In particular:
- Nadi dosha is a traditional rule about progeny in classical texts. It is not a genetic, fertility or medical finding. For anything concerning fertility or children’s health, see a doctor.
- Mangal (Kuja) dosha is a traditional placement rule. It says nothing about anyone’s temperament, safety or life expectancy.
- No result here should influence a medical, legal or financial decision.
Accuracy and limits
We work hard to compute correctly, and our results are checked against the Sahita app and against published reference charts. Even so:
- Results depend entirely on the birth details you enter. An inaccurate birth time produces an inaccurate lagna and an inaccurate house chart.
- We use the Lahiri (Chitra Paksha) ayanamsa and whole-sign houses. Sites and astrologers using a different ayanamsa or house system will produce different, equally traditional, results.
- Different classical schools disagree on several matching rules. Our reading is one defensible interpretation, not the only one.
- Muhurta dates are computed from general panchang rules and do not account for your family’s customs, regional practice or practical circumstances.
- We provide everything “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and accept no liability for any decision taken on the basis of it.
Consult a qualified astrologer for anything that matters
An automated calculator applies rules. It cannot weigh a whole chart, read context, or exercise judgement the way an experienced astrologer does. For a real marriage decision, treat our output as a starting point and take it to someone qualified.
